4. Orders and Order Acceptance

AK47 Nutrition may accept, reject, cancel, or refund an order where stock is unavailable, payment fails, delivery cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, pricing or product information is incorrect, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

An order confirmation email confirms that your order has been received. Acceptance of the order occurs when the order is dispatched, delivered, or otherwise confirmed as accepted by AK47 Nutrition.

5. Prices and Payment

6. One-Time Purchases and Repeat Delivery Purchases

Some products may be offered as a one-time purchase or as a repeat delivery purchase. Repeat delivery options may include delivery every 1 month, every 2 months, or every 3 months, depending on the product options available at the time of purchase.

By selecting a repeat delivery option, you authorise AK47 Nutrition and its appointed payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically at the selected interval until the repeat delivery arrangement is cancelled, paused, skipped, or otherwise ended in accordance with these terms.

Recurring payments will only be processed where the selected payment provider supports recurring or tokenised payments and where the payment method has been successfully authorised.

7. Repeat Delivery Changes, Cancellation, Pause, and Skip

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, repeat delivery purchases do not have a minimum commitment period. Customers may cancel before the next billing cut-off without a cancellation penalty.

To avoid a repeat delivery being processed, customers must pause, skip, cancel, change product options, or update delivery details at least 5 business days before the next renewal or payment date. Changes requested after this cut-off may only apply to the next delivery cycle.

Where enabled on the website, customers may manage repeat deliveries from their account area. This may include cancelling, pausing, reactivating, or skipping a delivery. If self-service options are not available, customers may contact AK47 Nutrition for assistance before the cut-off period.

If a repeat payment fails, the related order may be delayed, retried, placed on hold, or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.

8. Discounts, Promotions, and Stock

Discounts, promotion codes, repeat delivery discounts, bundles, and offers may be subject to product availability, expiry dates, minimum order values, customer eligibility, and other conditions shown with the offer.

Repeat delivery discounts apply only while the repeat delivery arrangement remains active and while the selected product option is available. If a repeat delivery is cancelled, paused, skipped, or changed, the price or discount may change.

If a product is unavailable, AK47 Nutrition may delay dispatch, offer a replacement, skip the affected delivery, cancel the affected order, or refund the affected payment.

9. Shipping and Delivery Policy

9.1 Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within South Africa unless otherwise stated at checkout. AK47 Nutrition may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, restricted areas, farms, mines, informal addresses, PO Boxes, or addresses outside South Africa.

9.2 Courier Delivery

9.3 Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed after payment is successfully confirmed. Standard orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, public holidays, and operational workload.

After dispatch, courier delivery is usually expected within 2 to 5 business days in main centres. Regional or remote deliveries may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9.4 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, free delivery thresholds, regional delivery fees, remote area surcharges, and bulk-order delivery charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable. AK47 Nutrition may charge additional delivery fees for redelivery attempts, incorrect delivery details, refused deliveries, or unusually large/heavy orders.

9.5 Tracking

Where tracking is available, the customer may receive a tracking number or waybill by email or SMS after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable period, contact AK47 Nutrition with your order number.

9.6 Delivery Conditions

Deliveries usually take place during business hours on business days. A signature, OTP, or other proof of delivery may be required. The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is restricted, the customer is unavailable, or delivery is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery, return the parcel, or require collection. Additional fees may apply.

9.7 Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the address supplied by the customer or collected from an agreed collection point, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

9.8 Delivery Problems

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify AK47 Nutrition within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected products where relevant.

AK47 Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect customer information, stock shortages, payment delays, force majeure events, public holidays, strikes, weather events, system outages, or events outside its reasonable control.

10. Returns Policy

Returns may be considered where the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, untampered with, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return requests should be made within a reasonable period after purchase and before the product expires.

10.2 Food, Nutrition, and Hygiene Products

Because AK47 Nutrition products are food and nutrition-related products, opened, used, damaged, partially consumed, expired, heat-damaged after delivery, or tampered-with products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was defective, damaged on delivery, expired at delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

10.3 Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If AK47 Nutrition delivers the wrong product, a damaged product, or a product that appears defective, notify AK47 Nutrition within 48 hours of receipt. AK47 Nutrition may request photographs, batch details, packaging information, and the return of the affected product before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.

10.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing timelines. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

10.5 Return Courier Costs

Where a return is due to AK47 Nutrition’s error, damage on delivery, or a confirmed defect, AK47 Nutrition may arrange or reimburse reasonable return courier costs. For discretionary returns, customer errors, refused delivery, or incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for return and redelivery costs.
